Once the Association was established in 2016, the Northern region was headed by the first elected regional Executive Committee comprising Mrs. Vanita Uppal, Director, The British School, New Delhi (Chair), Mrs. Sudha Goyal, Director, Scottish High International School, Gurugram (Deputy Chair) and Rakesh Kapoor, Head, Modern School, Lucknow (Executive Member).

In 2022, the new regional Executive Committee was appointed comprising Capt. Rohit Sen Bajaj, Director, Pathways World School Gurgaon (Chair), Ms. Rima Singh, Head, DPS International School (Deputy Chair) and Mr. Atul Khanna, Director, Strawberry Fields High School, Chandigarh (Secretary). They continued their role and designation in 2024 as well.

The regional committee member schools typically meet twice a year to deliberate upon pertinent issues in education.
